A full site rebuild for a Central New York 501(c)(3). The distinguishing constraint was staffing: the people maintaining it are volunteers, so content editing had to happen visually on the page itself rather than through a separate admin interface.

Nonprofits rarely have technical staff. A conventional CMS adds a second interface volunteers have to learn, and the practical result is that content goes stale.
An authenticated visual edit mode lets an approved volunteer change copy directly on the live page. Content is persisted through Prisma to PostgreSQL, with NextAuth handling access, and an eight-theme system allows presentation changes without code.
