This Site — Marketing Front End and Admin/CRM Back End
The public marketing site is the smaller half of this codebase. Behind it sits a full operations back end — client and project records, pipeline, invoicing, time entries, campaign tooling, and an integration hub that pulls live repository and deployment state from GitHub and Vercel.
Overview
A marketing site and a business operations platform in one deployment: public pages, a client portal, and an admin CRM covering projects, clients, invoicing, time tracking, and integrations.
The Challenge
Running a software business on a website plus a spreadsheet plus four SaaS subscriptions means the state of any given project is spread across systems that do not talk to each other.
The Solution
An admin layer over Neon PostgreSQL with OAuth-authenticated GitHub and Vercel integrations, so repository activity, CI status, and deployment state appear alongside the client and invoicing records they relate to. Stripe handles billing, Clerk handles auth, and the public site is statically rendered with periodic revalidation.
