Overview
A warehouse operations platform handling the full inventory lifecycle: receiving against purchase orders, put-away, location and bin management, pick lists, and scheduled cycle counts.
The Challenge
Warehouses running on spreadsheets lose track of where stock physically sits. Counts drift from the system of record, pickers walk further than they need to, and reconciliation becomes a monthly fire drill.
The Solution
A location-aware inventory model with movement history, so every quantity change is attributable. Built as a containerized NestJS + React application over PostgreSQL, with Terraform-provisioned infrastructure and the same organization-scoping model used across the platform line.
